Full Sail Leadership Academy

Company was struggling to attract corporate clients because the organizations were having a difficult time understanding how sailing could improve organizational communication. Potential clients were not showing excitement about going sailing to learn teamwork skills.

Showing the experience in action helped to show organizations what they could expect when investing in this unique team-building experience.

1. Gave a brief, but needed overview of the experience (Tim explaining it and classroom shots near beginning of video).
2. Emphasized the action and excitement of working as a team during a tack (sailboat changing direction during middle section of video). 
3. Showcased the serenity and peace after overcoming a challenge as a team (shown by beautiful waters, slow motion video, and team hanging out in cockpit near the end of the video).   

Being able to show a prospective organization a client experience video helps to convey understanding and build trust that the experience is worth the investment. Since developing this video, Full Sail Leadership Academy has been able to acquire new clients.
